Compute Canada software stack issues
The CVMFS file system on Niagara, which holds the common CCEnv software stack on that system, has issues; modules will load slowly and some files and programs are missing. Users using this stack and jobs loading the CCEnv module will experience issues. Those using the NiaEnv stack are not affected, nor are any of the other file systems like /home, /scratch or /project. We are investigating and trying to remedy the situation.
