Arbutus RBD Storage - Partial Unavailability of Some Volumes
UPDATE: All affected PGs have been recovered, and the RBD storage services is fully available. -- A Ceph PG consistency issue is currently causing some Ceph RBD volumes to delay writes, which may result in instance filesystems hanging or becoming read-only. Administrators are recovering the affected PGs, and this status notification will be updated when the recovery is complete.
