Partial outage - Panne partielle
The automated thermal shutdown of this morning was due a failure of a part of the cooling system. We are planning to get this part replaced in the next few days. In the meantime, the login nodes and half of the Niagara cluster have been brought back up in 'free cooling' mode. -- L'arrêt thermique automatisé du centre de données SciNet ce matin était dû à une défaillance d’un une partie du système de refroidissement. Nous prévoyons de remplacer cette pièce dans les prochains jours. Entre-temps, les nœuds de connexion et la moitié de la grappe Niagara ont été remis en ligne, en mode «refroidissement naturel».
