Cedar planned tape system upgrade

Summary

Cedar Tape library system including all hardware and software will be upgraded between Sept 9 to 13. During this period, no data backup will be performed and /nearline data access from tape library is not available. Request to restore data from backup will also not be available. Regular cluster access will not be affected.
