Reduced throughput during infrastructure upgrades
Update:
Infrastructure work at Cedar has been completed. Most nodes have been returned to production.

Cedar has been undergoing infrastructure upgrades since February 24.
During this project, some compute nodes are unavailable, so you may experience longer-than-normal wait times for some jobs.
Nodes are being returned to service as work progresses.
